You have online shop?? READ THIS

1. Honest. If u sell product which is second hand (used stuff), tell everyone. Or if there is reject product, you should tell customer. Low profit is better than you loose your customer. Because customer looks like a king, we have to serve better.

2. Your complete profile are enclosed such as birth date, mail address, email, mobile number (for business partner), account number, and of course you photograph. Because nowadays there are so many cyber crime.

3. Give explanation about detail for your product, include price, size, material, etc.

4. If there is any mistakes which is u did it or cargo/courier services, you have to be responsible. Don’t let customer down.

5. Give term and condition. Such as Order term, shipping fee, etc.

6. Be kindly for customer (even they only asking you about the product). Don’t be rude when they don’t buy your product.

7. Critic, suggestion, advice. You will need it. So better you have testimonial feature in your shop online website. So everyone who never shopping in your shop online sure that you are trully shop online (not “fake shop online”).

8. Survey/have a look in another shop online, so you will have knowledge about range price between your shop and another shop online. You can compare and give the best price for your customer.

9. You should have personal computer/internet technician. If something happen with your website such as some viruses attack your website you can handle fastly.
